TacticalX Defense is led by Frank Mueller, a senior engineering and business leader with decades of experience delivering complex defense systems and capturing high-value programs across global markets.
He has held leadership roles at L3Harris, Moog Defense, and General Dynamics, and co-founded a defense integration company that was successfully acquired by Moog.
